tHERE ARE THREE LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES THAT FACTOR IN RELATIONSHIPS. mANIPULATION, iNTIMIDATION BUT THE MOST PRODUCTIVE IS INSPIRATION.
Regardless of any situation or circumstance you may find yourself in find and take inspiration to be your mantra. Any individual how intimidates or manupulates is filled with fear. Fear is the root of the minsset of control. Kmow that Inspiration brings empowerment. Th is the antidote to fear.

Prevalence of Domestic Violence
In a 1995-1996 study conducted in the 50 States and the District of Columbia, nearly 25% of women and 7.6% of men were raped and/or physically assaulted by a current or former spouse, cohabiting partner, or dating partner/acquaintance at some time in their lifetime (based on survey of 16,000 participants, equally male and female).

Empowerment is the antidote to the mindset of fear. An individual who is out of control is apt to rachet up their persona by demonstrating their control. Wisdom and diplomacy dictates that one does not fight fire with fire. Head on confruntation will often be met by open all out war. The tactical minded will skillfully direct the agression to another plane.
